The promise
Your data is yours. You can export it at any time. If Ledgerly goes quiet for 21 days while it is still running, Simple Widget — an independent party — will email you your export link and tell you how long the service is paid up for. This promise, and every check run against it, is public.
"Goes quiet" means no commit, deploy, payment event or manual check-in for 21 days. The founder is warned first, twice. Nothing is sent to customers until a person at Simple Widget has reviewed the record and confirmed it. Every warning and every notice appears in the log below, whether or not it was sent.
